I am also offering a second, even smaller room, to be used as anything from a little personal office to a kids room if you need one. And yes of course I can and will accommodate any young moms.The smaller room is available for rent as a personal bedroom for even cheaper, or as a bonus room for slightly extra. Extra storage in the garage, free with the room, in case you can’t fit all your things in your space. More than willing to make room for any furniture that matches or adds to the vibe, but the place is furnished, wall art included (all from Comic-Con, I will gladly send photos).I am looking for a roommate to put on the lease and hopefully chill out with.
