Also there is a backyard with a lemon tree and a pomegranate tree (we have a hammock we put up when it's nice out). It has ample street parking and also a 1-car garage with some storage space.Your room: Larger of the 2. Walk-in closet, 2 windows looking on the yard.Apt: Dishwasher, bathtub, coin laundry on . NO dogs. Possibly a chill cat/rabbit.I am a professional dancer, musician, and content creator. I work nights, so either another artist or someone who sleeps deeply is ideal;) This is a great space for other dancers, personal trainers, entrepreneurs, creatives, etc. It is near all the studios/co-work spaces, and is a very chill home. No drama, good vibes, always immaculately clean. Hello! I have a master bedroom en-suite for a month to month rental in a two bedroom apartment in noho arts district. We are right downtown and in walking distance to so many things! I do currently have a dog but she gets along well with other dogs. I am kind of a homebody so I’m home most of the time I’m not at work.
