The two rooms available are about ft each (can fit queen or full bed) with a window and spacious closet. The two roommates would share a bathroom. I would take the larger room with private bathroom. The apartment has a beautiful sunny spacious living room with a balcony, a dishwasher and washer/dryer unit as well as basement storage (including bike storage).
