I am a happy extravert, I am not a loud nor flashy person. Emotionally stable, gainfully employed, with no addictions. Clean - but not anal yet never clean-shaven - as long as the chi-energy is not blocked - it's all good. Not a hippie despite the last sentence you read. Before pandemic I practiced yoga twice/week for three years, I said yes to weigh lifting, to cardio, and yes, I am a straight male. (surprised?) Respectful (yet not a pushover) I work full time in Affordable Housing, Finance, Asset Management, & Multi-family real estate management and real estate contract law. I like to swim, to hike, to camp, to play tennis, to surf, ride kayaks, play educational or strategy board games, to solve logic puzzles, to wake-board, SUP, to create visions of business structures, to add value to real estate, to code bots for algorithmic trading, do occasional light wood work, axe throwing, archery, rollerblades, being out in nature in fresh air is my very happy place. Even though I clean up nice for galas and art gallery exhibitions, your girlfriends won't be jealous - that's extra. I work from home two days per week, and three days per week I am in the office during regular work hours.
