Tree-lined street with a quiet, neighborhood feel, but has easy access to good transportation, shops, grocery stores, restaurants and DC night life.

The available room is a spacious 2 room suite that offers plenty of space for furniture in a separate work/sitting space and a degree of privacy from the rest of the house. Large windows offer views of the backyard and neighborhood community garden.

House is currently occupied by young professionals working in a range of DC jobs. The ideal tenant is someone who will fit in easily with a clean, no-fuss, no-drama environment. The house is pretty laid back and everyone tries to be respectful of each other’s weekday schedules. The housemates enjoy hanging out together from time to time but also have their own lives.

Move in is available on May 1. Lease will last for one year with the opportunity to renew.
