Hello - Roommate Wanted:

I rent a Bath apartment in downtown White Plains -- The Gramercy. Washer/dryer in-unit. Dishwasher. Beautiful views. Pool. Pool table. Fitness Center. Good People. -Min walk to Mamaroneck & fun times.

Bedrooms do NOT share a wall; opposite sides of the apartment. And we each have our own bathroom - also on opposite sides of the apartment. Your bedroom has a walk-in closet. 👍
I'm clean, considerate, and very easy-going -- looking for the same.

I need a roommate; my brother is moving out at lease expiration, which is in about a month. Happy to answer any questions, etc. Bedroom pics are obviously of your bedroom - you have my word it'll be clean and empty upon time to move in. That redundant pic with the screen is just there b/c it's your bedroom window/view (which is much nicer at night and during the Spring/Summer-time 🤙🏼).

No pets, sorry..
