My housemate is moving out of our West LA bath apartment (very close to Sawtelle). I’m looking for someone to take his place starting in May/June of this year. Rent is $ and the lease is month to month so there is flexibility if you are not looking for long term. A little about myself, I am a -year-old male working in finance in Century City. Love to watch/play hockey, go to the gym, and read, but most of the time you will find me working. Utilities: Water Included. Rest is paid for by tenets (not included in ).

Parking: 1 spot in garage (which is in use, but can be discussed). There is also street parking, which my current housemate uses and has not had any issues.

Good to know:
• Central location to Santa Monica, Century City, Culver City and Hollywood. In a good neighborhood, no issue walking outside at night or receiving packages. The apartment is in good condition and is kept clean.
