Hi everyone! I'm twenty four years old & I am currently looking for a roommate
for a bth apt located in the Golden Hill area. Rent is thirteen twenty per month. Deposit would be a thousand dollars.

It's a private room with a balcony, walk-in closet, and bathroom attached to the bedroom. There is assigned parking included with rent. The washer and dryer is located in the complex. I'm looking for someone to sign a one year lease (renewing is an option so long term candidates are preferred). The move in date would be May first.
I also have a cat in the home!
