Looking for a friendly, mature, gainfully employed individual. No couples. No pets (we love animals! but the landlord won't allow it).

One: writer/teacher/musician who is pretty quiet, clean, and works from home on occasion. Two: garphic designer also quiet, clean, and works out of home.
