I’m Tara, years old with a full time job and I’m looking to replace my current roommates who moved out to be closer to work.
You will be added to the current lease, and will have to be verified through the leasing office. The lease is month to month so it’s really flexible.
The apartment is very spacious, with lots of natural light, and a nice courtyard pool view on our balcony, located in a very safe neighborhood in Sherman Oaks, and has lots of street parking.
The apartment is just off of Ventura Blvd with lots of food, bars, and store options within walking distance.
There is a Pavilions just a 2 minute walk away, and is located about minutes from UCLA.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 3 story building, and includes a balcony, laundry room, large living room area, dishwasher + kitchen necessities, a pool, and our floor has a garbage chute.
The room will come with a frame and mattress along with a working fan and shades.
I am looking for someone in their s preferably female, someone who is clean, mature, communicative, and easy going.
*Please note that the furniture and decor (besides the bedroom & bathroom photos) are our current roommates belongings, and will be replaced. If this post is still up, it is available.*
