Master bedroom with private full bathroom available in a modern bath apartment, month-to-month lease! Preferably long-term but open to short. Available April 1st. The room is large, includes a walk-in closet, another glass-door closet, cabinets, large private full bathroom, blackout curtains, and a small patio.

It's mixed M/F, open to all. In the apartment, there is laundry washer/dryer in-unit, central AC & heating, dishwashing machine, large kitchen, and furnished living room with couches, table, and big screen TV. We keep the apartment nice and clean, and we're all pretty chill.

We're located in a Wiseman apartment complex that's equipped with a gym and a rooftop. Located on Wilshire and Westgate, the complex is close to the San Vincente strip with lots of restaurants, cafes, and bars, and next to UCLA. It's a nice area!

Wiseman will run a credit check and will need proof of income I believe, or use a co-signer.
