Shared off-street parking in long driveway. No neighborhood parking restrictions

Three-month “ lease,” (for all to determine mutual compatibility). Shared utilities (~$ mo); free Internet, WiFi &Netflix

Must be non-smoker, no pets. No couples or overnight guests

Close to transit: Orange Line (connects w/ Red Line into L. A., or Warner Center to the west) Not far from freeways. Van Nuys Flyaway (LAX airport shuttle) is mi. East

Close to Lake Balboa area: lake, bike trails, fields, walking paths, wilderness/wildlife area, tennis & golf

One male roommate, homeowner and wife. Homeowner is mature journalist/personal historian into hiking, biking, writing & photography. Wife is professional into cooking and community service

The one roommate is here only 4 days a week; leaves Thurs and is gone for weekend. (w/ family in Orange County.) Single, mid-‘’s aerospace engineer working on Master’s via online classes. Very quiet & respectful

Currently shares separate studio/office adjacent to detached garage. (possibly available)
