I’m looking to sublet a room in my apartment as my current roommate is moving out of Canada. I’d love to keep the apartment, so I’m searching for a reliable and easygoing roommate to share the space with.

- Located in the heart of **Downtown Toronto’s Financial District** – ideal for professionals working in the area!
- **South-facing** with **close views of the CN Tower** – stunning sunsets and natural light!
- Features a **large balcony** – perfect for relaxing or enjoying the city views.
- **Fully furnished** (if desired), but we can also remove the existing furniture depending on your preferences.
- Building amenities include a **gym, sauna, rooftop barbecue area**, and more – everything you need for a comfortable lifestyle.
- Rent is **$/month** (utilities included). If you need parking, it’s
an additional $, total).
- **Wi-Fi and utilities** are shared and average around **$/month**.
- **Move-in date:** Ideally **April **, but could be earlier as my roommate will be moving out before then.
