Move in date it's March or any other day after that we're flexible.
We bought the washer and dryer at a lower price from the previous tenant, so there will be a one-time payment of $ once you move in.
You would share the apartment with 2 other persons but we're very friendly and chill but also very responsible with rent and bills. We're LGBT friendly. The utilities are split evenly same as cleaning. Feel free to reach out if you'd like to see the place and we can set up a viewing of the place.
