Looking for a very quiet & mature roommate. Room for rent in a very Clean large bedroom apt. You will be sharing this apartment with a very sweet working couple. The bathroom is shared with one other person with alternating cleaning schedule. There’s washer and dryer in the building, this room has a very large closet. The room does not come with parking but there is lot of street parking with LA parking permit that you can obtain. Electricity, Utilities (water/trash) and WiFi are included in the rent. This apt is conveniently located around Rodeo drive and all the attractions and urban life in Beverly Hills.
It is located less than a mile walking distance from cedars Sinai medical center Beverly Hills and Beverly blvd, a quarter of a walking distance to Ralph’s and Bistros farms. Moving in fee includes first month rent and security deposit equal to rent. Overnight guests not allowed. Smoking is highly prohibited. I am allergic to dogs and cats, so no pets allowed at all.
