One bedroom available in a three bedroom apartment. This room does NOT
have a private bathroom. (Just one room not the whole apartment.). You will be living with two gay men and two cats. We are very clean people,
you would never know we have cats. We would prefer someone
looking for a long term home, but all are welcome. You will have your own private space to store things
in the bathroom and kitchen. The room is bigger than it looks, that bed in the pic is a queen size, too big for the room…a twin size bed or a full size bed would be better. The closet door has been replaced with a folding full length mirror door. The sunlight in the morning is beautiful in this room. Come check it out! The rent DOES NOT include utilities.


Near many transportations options. Looking for someone very clean, courteous and respectful.
Will need proof of regular work. Near the N W and R trains. M sixty
bus to LGA or Harlem. LGBT friendly, this is a safe space!
