Room for rent in 2 bdrm artsy apt

Hello,

I am subletting a furnished room in my two bedroom apartment in East Harlem for $ + utilities (between $ depending on the season) beginning March 1st.
The room is furnished with a twin size bed, tall dresser and large mirror on top. The room also has a spacious closet and ample sunlight.

The apartment is located in East Harlem in close proximity to the crosstown m bus and a minute walk to either the train station or the train station. Getting downtown with access to those lines is quick and seamless.
The apartment is a few floors up but there is elevator access making moving in / out and laundry very smooth. It is located in the back of the building away from the avenue making the noise experience minimal. Within a block radius there is a hour laundromat, local grocery store, Aldi’s, Costco, Planet Fitness and much more. I’ve lived here for over years and the convenience and affordability of the neighborhood has made NYC life not only manageable but quite pleasurable.

It is just me and two cats that reside in the apartment at the moment taking up the other bedroom. I am a working artist in my early ’s that keeps most social activity outside of the home. I work 4 days out of the week in a restaurant to support my hustle so you would only see me part of the time. I like to occasionally cook but the kitchen is kept tidy as is the rest of the space.

I am looking for someone who works full time, has paystubs to show for it, is allergic to drama, tidy and cat friendly.

The rental period is month to month but a three month minimum is preferred. To move in I ask for first month’s rent and a one month security deposit totaling $. Upon moving out, the security deposit is returned (minus the utilities owed for the last month) so long as one month’s notice is given.
