Hi, I am leasing out a room for a single occupancy, month to month up to a year.
One pet might be considered, depending. We already have two dogs and will consider one more dog if they can all get along. Looking for a clean, respectable, easy-going individual who loves animals. Currently, the occupancy is a married couple (male and female) (owners).
The property is located on a Cul-de-sac with a gate. Parking space available. Close proximity to major highways and mins to Naval Base San Diego and mins to Downtown San Diego/ Coronado.
