All utilities are included, as well as lawn care and weekly housekeeping in common areas. The home has wifi, washer and dryer, use of all common areas including executive office with printer. All utensils. Towels. Sheets, pillows, etc. are Also included. Outside spaces, swimming pool right in front of the house. Kids playground. This is for 1 person, no more than 2 guests at a time and no overnights. If you want boyfriend/girlfriend to stay, rent is negotiable. 1 parking space. Walk to everything. We live in mother-in-law suite attached, but separated with our own entrance, kitchen etc., so you will pretty much have the whole place.
% No Smoking or vaping inside of any kind. You are welcome to smoke outside on either of the porches. No Pets and no Parties. Must have a proof of employment and pass background check.
