Available March 1st. My friend and I will be renting out our spare room when our current roommate leaves. Rent depends if you are a couple or single. bath with small shared back yard. Front and rear entrance. One garage parking spot available. We can work out who parks in it when or you can pay the cost of the garage space for yourself (I think it’s but would have to double check that)

Anna works full time and comes home late frequently. I am Fiona, I’m twenty yo female who works and goes to school. Together we have 4 cats three male and 1 female so we do not allow dogs but would be okay with one more cat. We like a clean living space and friendly environment.
