Smaller room() has one window with great natural lighting, comes with an ac that’s fairly new, also closets in the hall you can choose (total of by the front door) to store whatever you’d like. Room can be furnished or not depending what works for you but the rest of the place is fully furnished.
Bigger room () has two windows with even better natural lighting, also comes with a larger fairly new ac as well.
• Apartment Features: Shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom. Ground-floor convenience with 2 local apartment laundromats or one down the block. Huge area outdoors for walks, exercise, or just like openness where it isn’t too crowded. Off street parking but also I do have a garage spot maybe we can share if our schedules work for that, wouldn’t mind.
• Location: Plaza with plenty of stores, transit, parks, food places nearby. Close to freshmeadows for the other shopping areas. The clearview, , and grandcentral highways are all very nearby. Also busses you have the Q, and the X for city commuting as well. Also the N, and 6. F train is at st which isn’t far at all either.
