Looking for a girl to sublease my room January 1 to July 31. WILLING TO COVER 2 MONTHS RENT FOR ANYONE SIGNING UNTIL JULY. I've moved to another city for work. Rent is $325 plus utilities and its a duplex off rock quarry road near The Point. It is about a 5 min drive from campus. 3 bed/2bath, laundry room, garage, plenty of extra parking, & a pool on the same street. No pets. Everything is furnished except the bedroom.
