I have a room available for rent in my two bedroom home. Rent include various utilities like electricity, water and access to the common area. It has a private bathroom. Pets are allowed. Overnight guests are allowed. There’s a parking lot assigned to you. Utilities are included in the rent. Smoking is prohibited in the property. There’s a laundry room and you have access to it.
