• I’m a clean and tidy person who values a peaceful and organized living space. (Yes, I even use the bathroom sitting down!)
• I’m not a party person, but I don’t mind occasional gatherings or parties in the house.
• I’d enjoy building a friendship with my roommate and hanging out sometimes, but it’s not a requirement.
• While I love animals, I prefer not to have pets in the house due to cleanliness.
• Smoking (including cannabis) is allowed in the living room, as long as you ventilate and it doesn’t bother me.

About the Room:
• The room is available immediately and is for one person only.
• Rent: $1,650
/month, all utilities included (electricity, water, internet, Netflix, etc.).
• Security deposit: $1,000.
• The house doesn’t have an in-unit washer/dryer, but there are brand-new machines just 20 meters away.

Other Notes:

I’ve recently moved into this house, so some furniture and decorations are still being completed. I’m happy to involve my roommate in the decorating process if they’re interested.
