yr old used to having roommates

**I don’t have credit yet only paystubs** I’m currently working full time in a restaurant, I have active hobbies such as surfing and bmx and at home hobbies like art and baking (I share!). I don’t drink and I don’t smoke cigarettes, but dont mind having a roommate who drinks or smokes. I wake up early to work and surf so I’m rarely home later than pm, but depending where I land I may find a more convenient place to work as my car is out of service for now, so that could change (my hybrid battery went out and it’s quite expensive to replace). Usually ride my bike to work so as long as there’s business in the surrounding area I can find work no problem if need be. currently sharing a room with somebody and I’ve lived with roommates as a kid so adjusting to each new persons specific wants / needs is natural. As I work in a kitchen I’m quiet, clean and tidy, but not super particular about those things either. I’m very easygoing and personable. I don’t mind if there’s people over or the house is a little noisy, I sleep hard and don’t snore, so early risers and light sleepers are no issue for me. My presence is most notably apparent by me giggling at my phone and snoozing my alarm several times before I get up for work. Please consider me as your new roommate! Looking to move out before the end of January.
