I’m looking for a roommate

Hello everyone!

I’m looking to move out of my current space and into The Modern at Art Place right off the Fort Totten metro in June . It’s a fantastic spot with great amenities, and the starting price for a 2-bedroom apartment is $. However, I am very flexible and open to other housing options.

A bit about me:
- I’m and I’m a Pisces
- I work in the social justice nonprofit field. I mostly work from home but go into the office about once a week.
- I’m super radically queer
- I’m passionate about community organizing here in DC.
- I have a sweet cat (fellow pet lovers, take note!).
- I’m clean and tidy—I make a point to clean up after myself and currently hire a deep cleaner once a month. I’d love to continue that in the new space and split the cost with a roommate.
- I enjoy hosting small gatherings from time to time.
- I’m a great cook, and my love language is feeding people—so you can look forward to sharing some delicious meals!
- I’m extremely social and would love a roommate who values building and fostering a sense of community
- I’m definitely a busybody—I’m always on the go, whether it’s attending events, playing sports around the city, or diving into improv acting (and probably starting comedy soon!). I love staying active and keeping my energy levels high through a variety of hobbies.
