Looking for a female roommate to move in end of February/beginning of March. This is a bath home with a huge private backyard. Washer and dryer in unit. No pets and must be okay with cat. You’d be living with a mid-’s ob-gyn resident who is out of the house often. Ideal candidate would be mid twenties to mid thirties professional with stable job. The bedroom shown would be yours (ceiling can be painted back to white if desired). Lots of added storage in the basement. Nearby permitted street parking. Free parking is a few blocks away.
