Looking for roommate

I own a split level home and the upstairs is for rent. I have owned my home for over 3 years. I work in Denver so I'll be splitting my time between Colorado Springs and Denver. My home has a large 2 car garage and big back yard. Pets are welcome but they must get along with my dog and cats and be potty trained. 2 rooms and the living room upstairs are included. Laundry included but in my living area. You have full use of the upstairs. The master bedroom has a walk in closet. Kitchen will be fully shared including stove, fridge with ice maker/water filter, microwave, coffee maker, crock pot, garbage disposal, dishwasher, pots/pans, toaster oven, and more. Vaccination records must be provided and up to date for any pets. Utilities included but thermostat will be set according to current weather. Wifi included. No central air but standing/window ac units included
