UNFURNISHED ROOM TO RENT OUT

Description

The room to let is fairly large, & has a built-in wardrobe & ceiling fan. It is unfurnished, so you'd need to bring your own bedroom furniture. Common areas include a large bathroom, separate toilet, kitchen equipped with all the basics, open plan furnished lounge (although I will be moving the TV to my room when I find a house mate) & dining room, washing machine in the garage and a small courtyard in which to sit. The living area has air-conditioning, but the room itself does not. There is some space available for you in the fridge, however if you need the use of a freezer, you'd have to supply your own. Wi-fi & electricity are included in the rent. On street parking is available. I am the only other person you'd be sharing with. The unit is located in a quiet unit complex located in a cul de sac, with a large, hilly nature reserve directly opposite, which offers hiking & cycling trails of varied levels of ability. The suburb, Norman Gardens, is located on the north side of Rockhampton. I'm looking for a clean, tidy, non-smoker who would appreciate a quiet place to call home. Rent is $ p/w (Australian dollars). I would require 2 weeks rent in advance.
