Townhouse Single

Hi! There are currently 3 of us that will be living in this townhouse next year but there will be total in the house. We’re looking for another roommate for a single unfurnished room. We’re SDSU students so the house is super close to campus (about 5 mins). We’re also walking distance from a Ralph’s and the trolly station for groceries and transportation. The house is baths with in unit washer, dryer, AC and heating. The living room is fully furnished with a TV and the kitchen has a fridge, freezer, microwave, air fryer, kitchen aid, coffee maker, and plenty of storage. The house is part of a community so we have access to a pool and tennis court. The room could be made a double for $ each. Parking is free street parking and there’s always plenty of spots. We have a cat named Diego who is super adorable and friendly! The lease starts May and ends May . If you have any questions let me know!
