Hi everyone! I’m Timo, and I’m looking for a guy to take over my lease at The Rive from February 1st to July th. The rent is $/month plus utilities which is cheaper than a new lease. If you sign before January th I will pay for % off the first months rent + I will pay the lease take-over fee in total. No security deposit is needed!

The apartment is a B layout with a shared room and bathroom. There’s a privacy divider between the beds, so you’ll have your own space. The kitchen, living room, and balcony (with a pool view) are shared with two other roommates. Wifi and washer and dryer are included.

It’s a -minute walk to SDSU, and there’s a free private shuttle to campus every minutes. The complex includes pools, study rooms, common areas, fireplaces, a gym, and more.
