Upstairs room for rent

Description

I am a 43 yr. old single female, and live on South 9th Street, with easy access to public transportation. There is street parking available. The upstairs is available starting the second week of December. I am looking for $700, and it comes with in house washer/dryer, internet, and BASIC cable, all utilities included. The house has a shared bathroom, living room (with a baby grand piano), a fully equipped kitchen, and a 14 yr. old Jack Russell/Sheltie mix dog named Waffle. There is also a fireplace that, if desired, the household can share the purchase of propane to use it. The upstairs is currently furnished with a bed, dresser, small closet, book shelves, an end table with a mirror, and a desk. It also comes with a window air conditioner for the occasional super-muggy/hot summer night when a fan in the window just won't cut it.

The house is a 1922 Craftsman. The measurements of the greater room is 17'x13.5', and the separate sitting room is 6.75'x11.5'. The bigger room is large enough for a queen sized bed, the dresser, a loveseat or two armchairs, and possibly the desk. The desk is currently in the sitting room, which is just big enough to include an armchair. There is a possibility to help find more furniture if you want/need more that what was listed above.
