Looking for 1 female roommate

We are looking for 1 female roommate to rent a large bedroom in our Roslindale apartment available on now or February . The apartment is on the 3rd floor which includes bathroom. The rent will be $/month + shared utilities. First months’ rent and a security deposit is due upon moving in. The apartment has a large eat in kitchen, front and back balcony, large living room, laundry machines inside the unit and free street parking (no permit needed). This place is a steal and we have a great relationship with our landlord.
