Location- Hollywood (on the border of weho) you get the feel of living in the city, but in a quieter neighborhood. There is a coffee shop right on the corner of the block. If you love walking this is a perfect spot. It’s in a quiet pocket of a vibrant metropolis. Right on Melrose & Highland, you’ll find tons of coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping.

You would have two other roommates all girls. It’s a bath, so you would be sharing the bathroom with 1 other girl.
Rent is $ + utilities which usually comes out to about $ each. As far as parking it’s tandem parking. One of the spots is for one of the other roommates, however you would alternate the other parking spot with the other girl however you two decide. While there is a garage, street parking is very easy to find in this neighborhood, I’ve never had a problem finding a spot on the street close by.
