This cozy home is in a safe and friendly neighborhood. You can access grocery, Starbucks, & a few restaurants with a 5 block walk. Theres trails & parks in the neighborhood. Access two bus lines. The homes shared spaces are furnished but your welcome to change the space to make your own. The room is unfurnished, but can be at request. Utilities & wifi are included. I am only your roommate a few days a month as I have a home elsewhere. I use this home when I come into town for work or family.
