Seeking a clean, respectful, quiet (yet fun-loving), non smoking, drama and drug free, gainfully employed, housemate for a move in date of February fifteen or later.
We are located in the historic town of Bristol, PA. with great library, theater, Amish market, and restaurants nearby.
The Bristol railway station is miles away for easy commutes to Philadelphia, Trenton, Princeton, and NYC.

The room available is fifteen ft x twelve ft, has hardwood floors, large windows with views of the river, and its own private bathroom. The rent includes all utilities, high speed internet, and use of washer and dryer. (If you want to have an air conditioner in summer that would be extra.)

Housemates share in the cleaning of all the common areas; kitchen, dining room, large 3-season sunroom. (We have lawn service, so no need to share in yardwork.) There is storage space available in the garage and basement for bicycles or other items. We require first (in this case 2 weeks) and last month's rent plus a security deposit of four hundred dollars.
