About the Garden Village apartments: It is a 1 bedroom 1bath apartment available for occupation immediately. The apartment is designed in such a way that the living room can be used as a second bedroom, so we don't have to share the rooms. Also, the living room is larger than the bedroom. Total rent is 970$ per month. Deposit is 900$. Lease will be ending in March 2016. Currently, only my name is on the lease, so the new person coming in will have to get the name added to the lease.
