This is an LGBTQ+ friendly drug-free home. Unfortunately no smoking indoors (nicotine vape ok). No pets. We have one calm kitty already.

House rules are generally just clean up after yourself, pay rent on time, and be respectful of other housemates. No quiet time set but this can be discussed later.

Landlord does not do extensive background check but requires equivalent first, last and deposit of $5OO upon move in but will be returned end of lease. I’ll take off 2OO for January (Total move in cost listed) Half deposit will be kept if you don’t clean up after yourself.
