Washroom: to be shared with another female.
Household: We are a friendly and kind couple, very clean and quiet. We don't smoke, we don't have any children nor pets, we have our own washroom and our room is on the 2nd floor.

Neighbourhood: Very nice and quiet between Don Mills-Victoria Park and Lawrence East-York Mills; parks and ravine; community centre with ice rink, swimming pool and tennis courts; 4 minutes walking distance to supermaket and bus stop (route 91); 1 minute drive to DVP; 3 minutes drive to highway 401; close to Centennial College campus Ashtonbee .

What we are looking for: a nice lady who works and/or studies (no couples), clean, tidy, respectful, non-smoker and non-pet owner.
Available on January 1, 2016. Monthly rent $550. We are asking for first and last month (non-negotiable)

Terms: Length of Agreement: Month-to-Month

Rent: payable monthly on the 1st day of the month.
