Room for rent - 2 for 1!

Hello!

I'm looking for a roommate to fill my empty room(s). It's a 3 bedroom, but my current roommate and I use the 3rd bedroom as an office. But since the 2nd and 3rd bedroom connect, I'd like to offer it that way to give you more space. You could have one room as your bedroom and another as whatever you please. There is one full closet, and then the doorway that connects the two rooms has two doors and can be used as a closet or just a little extra storage. It's hard to visualize, but it's pretty cool. You could really have your own living room/office/workout room, etc. (see floorplan)

It's a shared bathroom and kitchen. There is plenty of room in the storage closet or in the back entrance for a bike or anything else you may need to store. There's a nice covered porch for warm days. Big driveway where you would have one designated spot.

I will be offering WiFi and basic cable (like just 6, 8, 10, 13). Anything more than that you will need to get on your own.

There is NO LAUNDRY in the building. It's an adjustment but it can be done! I go to a wash/dry/fold that is $1 per pound. A big basket of clothes for me is usually about $15 and it's all neatly folded for me!

I have 2 cats that I love very much. I expect a roommate to treat them with respect. I completely understand if you do not want them in your room, you can choose to keep your doors closed.

My ideal roommate would be a respectful adult who picks up after themselves, is generally in a good mood, drama free, no parties whatsoever. I'm all for a good time, but I like to keep my place a relaxing quiet place. I'm an easy going person and would prefer being around the same. I work Monday through Friday 8-5, so I'm a pretty routine person who is home fairly often.
