About the House
It is a 3 bedroom / 2 bath totaling 1600 square feet - the bathroom would be shared with my roommate. The house has a pool table and 2 flat screens with Direct TV. The 3rd room is unfurnished but all one would need is bedroom furniture.
The lease would be for 1 year and is 400 per month plus a 1/3 of utilities which average 60 - 90 bucks depending on the season.
About Myself / Roommate
I am 28 yr old (straight) guy who graduated from UF and work in Construction Management. I enjoy fishing / outdoors, college football and going out once in a blue moon. My schedule is busy like most.
My roommate is 30 yr old (straight) guy who also works in construction and is rarely home.
The new tenant is subject to a background check, income / job verification and a 200 dollar deposit. The room can be ready by January 1st.
