Lease available for myself and one other tenant from January 31 2016 until July 31 2016.

Apartment includes shared dining room (8x8) kitchen (10 x 8) and living room (16 x12) and guest bathroom (also functions as my bathroom) in an open 1067 square foot area in Hunters Branch Condo area.


Utilities: Water and trash not included in monthly utilities cost.

Furnishings and amenities: couch, TV, router (split cost w/roommate), kitchen table w/4 chairs, oven, microwave, plates/cups/glasses/bowls, refrigerator, dishwasher, wood cabinets, bookshelf, washer and dryer, lamps and lamp tables, gas fireplace, bicycle storage available, small patio, garage parking space with no extra fee, guest parking with pass for no extra fee, air conditioner and heater, community pool in the summer.

Free community center with gym located within a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment.

The master bedroom, 14 x 12, and the private master bathroom, are available. I have loved living here, and I’m hoping to find someone who is laid-back and fun.


I am pet friendly, though if you bring pets you must make written request to the landlord before bringing a pet into the home to stay. There will be an additional pet fee for the security deposit that you will be responsible for. No snakes or large dogs.
