You must love dogs (I have two -- an Australian Shepherd and a chihuahua).
You will be sharing utilities and common areas with one male roommate.

The townhouse is located in the northwest corner of Santa Ana near Westminster and Garden Grove. There is easy freeway access to both the 22 and the 405 on Euclid Ave.

The room is partially furnished with a bed. If you want to bring yours instead that's fine too.

About me: I'm 40 years old and work in sales with regular hours (7-4 generally). I usually go to the gym after work, I like hiking on weekends and generally like to do anything outdoors.

You will have full access to the house including kitchen privileges, living room, backyard, etc. This is more like splitting an apartment or condo then just renting a room. I currently have DIRECTV with a receiver in your bedroom as well.
