The condo is located on Lisgar Street right across of the Drake. The Queen and King Streetcars are right at the door, Dufferin/Ossington bus are a 5 min walk. Metro and FreshCo are close; Gladstone and the Queen West scene too. Liberty Village cafes and restaurants are just out the front door, and we are not far from the lake or Exhibition Place either.

I am a young professional and my current roommate decided to back to school full time. I don't have the heart to leave this place as the view is really stunning! I am friendly, clean, and spend a lot of time doing my work (very busy schedule with IT consulting work). I am looking for a girl who is fun with a nice attitude, clean and tidy.

The room is available February 1st. The base rent is $850 and hydro/internet are around $50/month. First and last month's rent are required, and I prefer an 12 months lease, but I am trying to negotiate a month to month term with our landlord. And of course, if you like it here, you can stay longer.
