Hello, I am a straight female and have a small studio/room where I am seeking a straight female to share it with me.
I would like an unvaccinated person, as I am into natural medicine, as well.
Price includes everything: power, internet, & furnished. I do have a TV in the room, also.
This place has basic amenities with a bathroom to share that has shower/toilet/sink, and also a shared kitchen area which has a range/stove/microwave for light cooking. Best to plan on eating out or pre-prepared type food to heat up etc, light cooking, and I do have a small fridge in the room for you. There are lots of restaurants around here.
The room is furnished with a single bed for you that opens to a queen as we choose, and a small set of drawers, & refrigerator.
Must be a minimalist : ). Need someone who works out of the home or someone who may want this situation as a crash pad for a secondary place to stay perhaps who may travel here or spend time, being here part time etc.
The place is on the beach, nature, can't beat the ocean breeze :).

$ deposit, $ rent 1st & last. The landlord will do a background and financial check. I rented the place but am allowed to get a roommate. I could have a month to month agreement with you, although hopefully it works out longer :).. Must have a clean record and around + $ per month to afford this area.
There is one parking spot which we would have to share and work it out. if you have a scooter or something may be even better :), or perhaps I could get one in support of the situation here. whatever works : ). There are many stores convenient nearby.
