Looking for roommate

Iso roommate. located on 16th Ahtanum in a 1970s mobile home slightly renovated. its on its own lot, fully fenced half acre, 2 car garage, and car port. it's in good condition, the bathroom is just a little outdated- the sink, toilet and tub are yellow. Bedroom is freshly painted I have a pretty good sized dog and a small kitten they are both super friendly. I have a wood stove and central heating and cooling but I try not to use it to save money. I'm asking $500 for rent. I can send pics if your interested or we can set up a time to meet. I am still searching so the sooner the better.
