Pet friendly room in Tigard

Description

The house is a traditional 2 story house in Tigard. It has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 1850 sq ft, laundry, fenced backyard, and a garage. The house is close to Summerlake City Park and dog park, Washington Square Mall, 217 and 5, Starbucks, Whole Foods, bus stops, Tigard TC, and plenty more. There is driveway parking and plenty of street parking available. 

The room will be available December 1st, but possibly sooner. The room is 12x13 with a 4x2 closet. You will share the upstairs full bath and downstairs half bath with two females. Month to month, but prefer people looking to stay long term if things work out. Rent is $550 plus share of utilities which are split 5 ways. Utilities are generally under $100 (usually around $85), but can be slightly more depending on energy use. There is an additional $25/month pet rent if you have a pet. There is also a refundable security deposit of $550 that can be paid over time if needed. I require a credit/background check that costs $25 that you pay directly to the company. I can also do a furnished room if needed. If interested we can discuss more.

You will have full access to the house and may have people over. I just ask that you give people a heads up if you have an overnight guest staying for a couple days. You must be ok with dogs! There are 3 dogs in the house; a large golden retriever and two small dogs under 10 lbs. Everyone that lives in the house is in their 20s or early 30s. Prefer no drugs or smoking.
