I'm student teaching in stl next semester and I need someone to take over my lease from January-July! Its at Forest Village on the south side of town. The rent is $355 + utilities, there's a pool, shuttle to campus, and a dog park. Also the management is super friendly and I've never had any trouble with them! It's in a quiet area, but only like minutes away from campus! And my roommate is super awesome and chill, she also has two adorable dogs who are great as well!!
