Room for Rent Private Bathroom

Description

Hey I've got 2 rooms available. One is empty and one has a bed and dresser. I only want to rent 1 so you can choose. You would have a private bathroom. Living room, kitchen, laundry, finished basement (bar/hangout spot) are all shared.

Parking is on street but is usually not a problem. House is next to a large church on a well lit main street.

All utilities & internet are included.

My work has me on a random schedule and I come and go at all different times. I'm a workaholic and don't normally hang out at home much. It would be cool if we had some similar interests but isn't necessary. Aviation, politics, gaming, anime, music, stand-up comedy, any nerd type stuff really
