I'm looking for someone to take over my part of a lease on mud island for a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment in a gated complex. The common spaces are furnished, and the kitchen is fully stocked. The available bedroom is empty, so you'll need to bring your own bedroom furniture. Walk in closet. My female roommates are laid back grad students who will remain in the apartment and don't mind having either a female or male roommate. Great view of the bridge and river!
